REVIEW CORNER:

Among the numerous novels and short stories for young people, the work of Ewa Nowak deserves attention. In her works, the author draws attention to the problems of adolescence, their difficulties in finding understanding among adults, and the need for peers' acceptance. These are just some aspects of the writer's work  touching upon the problems of contemporary teenagers.

The themes of Ewa Nowak's novel are current problems, dilemmas, joys here and now!

Worth reading:

"TWO MARYS"

The main character of the novel is seventeen-year-old Marysia Gwidosz. The heroine begins to annoy her

the family so far, as well as Natalia's best friend.  The main theme - duality of behavior

teenagers. You never know when Marysia will react with fury and when she will attract the attention of adults

into a joke. It is as if two people live in one body. Celinka tells her sister that she prefers the other Marysia to have

thinks a nice, wise, kind girl whom Marysia Gwidosz is as often as a malicious person,

irritable, offended and irrational.

K oil book  by Ewa Nowak, it is worth recommending:

"IMMOUSNESS"

What will we find in it?

…. Apparently there are no average families. They are all weird in some way, and the Hensel family is definitely the strangest.
Lew Hensel obsessively searches for a ginger cat. During the search, he meets Gabi. Not only is she his older sister's classmate, but there is no less suitable girl for him.

Gabi is carefree, like an unconcerned fagot, notoriously busy. She doesn't even take twenty-four-hour breaks between each boyfriend. Compared to the sane Leo, she looks very poorly; does not arouse our exaggerated sympathies, and yet it is for her that this wonderful boy loses his head. He literally fights for her like a lion and… right! Is he winning or losing? Leo's determination, the struggle for a still-busy girl and their mutual relations are the least unequivocal plot of the novel.
Marianna Hensel returned to meet the son of her tutor from the holiday camp. Tomek falls in love with her at first sight; unfortunately, no reciprocity. He tries to win Marianna's interest in all possible ways. In her eyes, he is a devoid of empathy, not very bright boy, with whom Marianna, despite her great appetite to finally experience love, cannot fall in love.
Marianna and Lew like and support each other very much. … .The heroes' fate
You will find out about the irresistibility in the book.

WE RECOMMEND!

BLUE ALMONDS

Hania, Laura, Olga, Karolina are contemporary teenagers from different parts of Poland, but with very similar problems. Their experiences show, for example, how important in today's world is the acceptance of peers and what impact relationships with parents have on the lives of young people.
