Our school is situated in the eastern part of the city, near the Grodzisko estate. It is situated on the south side of the building

indoor swimming pool "Delfinek", used by students during physical education lessons.

In 2010, the school took the name of a great Pole, Pope John Paul II. The choice of the patron was the decision of the students.

The teaching staff of the facility are teachers professionally prepared and involved in the life of the school, who care

for the comprehensive development of the charges, providing them with a sense of security. Our students have the opportunity to develop their interests during additional arts, subject and sports classes.

The Students' Self-Government is very active and is the initiator of many projects in the school and represents the institution in the local community.

Students with learning difficulties take part in remedial classes organized by teachers.

At school, students are provided with emergency medical care.

Parents and students can use the help of a school counselor and a career counselor.

In our school, there is a Poviat Educational and Vocational Counseling Point, in which, after prior appointment

parents and students who have problems, e.g. with the choice of further education, may come forward

Students test their see and skills in subject competitions and sports competitions, where they achieve high positions, winning numerous awards and cups.

There are integration and recreational events, trips to "green and white schools", trips to the cinema and theater, developing

intellectually and spiritually of the students.

The priority in the activities is the perfect cooperation between teachers, students and parents.
