Sprawozdanie z działalności Samorządu Uczniowskiego
w roku szkolnym 2021/22

Od początku roku szkolnego 2021/22 Samorząd Uczniowski działał sprawnie, obejmując swym działaniem kilka obszarów.
Przede wszystkim młodzież była przygotowywana do reakcji na ważne wydarzenia i pomoc potrzebującym. Dlatego też w ciągu roku szkolnego uczniowie zorganizowali:

zbiórkę darów dla schroniska dla zwierząt ( wspólnie z klasą III „B”)
zbiórkę monet w ramach akcji „Góra grosza” (w akcji wzięło udział 12 z 19 klas, zebraliśmy sumę 560, 76 czyli ok. 28 kg monet)
obchody Dni Ziemi, w ramach których młodzież wzięła udział w akcji Sprzątania Świata; starsze koleżanki przygotowały dla młodszych klas warsztaty ekologiczne i naukę zasad sortowania śmieci.

Kolejna sfera działalności to przez:
prace nad aktualizacją Statutu w kwestii oceniania zachowania
zorganizowaniem Dnia Chłopaka, mikołajek, poczty walentynkowej, Dnia Kobiet połączonych z rozdawaniem słodyczy zakupionych z funduszy SU oraz RR
systematyczną aktualizacją gazetki SU
stworzeniem Drzewa Życzliwości, na którym były wieszane życzenia, wyróżnienia klasowe, podziękowania
w czerwcu zostały przygotowane i przeprowadzone demokratyczne wybory do Samorządu Uczniowskiego
systematyczny udział Pocztu Sztandarowego pod opieką p. Renaty Wojtaś w uroczystościach na terenie Pińczowa

W sferze społeczności szkolnej:

przez cały rok funkcjonował Szczęśliwy Numerek
systematycznie organizowano Dni bez pytania, w ramach których odbył się Dzień Dyni, Pluszowego Misia, Czapki Mikołajowej, Dzień na Czerwono i Dzień Wiosennego Przebrania
zorganizowano mini konkurs na najciekawsze przebranie wiosenne, w którym wzięły udział młodsze klasy
odbył się szkolny Dzień bez Plecaka
zorganizowano pierwszą po pandemii dyskotekę szkolną
włączono się w obchody Dnia Dziecka przygotowując m. in. nagłośnienie festynu, mecze siatkówki czy akcję malowanie twarzy

Opiekunowie SU regularnie spotykają się z uczniami, którzy działają w samorządzie. Młodzież jest bardzo zaangażowana w życie szkoły, ma ciekawe pomysły, udziela się w szkolnych imprezach, reaguje na bieżące wydarzenia stąd praca w takim składzie była dla opiekunek sporym wyzwaniem, ale i przyjemnością.

Report on the activities of the Students' Self-Government in 2019/2020 school year.

After the elections to the SU, a new board of the local government began operating in September 2019. At the same time, new guardians were chosen by the youth. Board meetings were held systematically, at least twice a month, the representatives of SU were in constant contact with the school management, conveying their suggestions from students and consulting on participation in various actions and events.

In the current school year, the activity plans of the Student Self-Government were verified by the specific situation of the pandemic, which prevented the implementation of the activities planned for the second half of the year. During the school year, the youth realized many undertakings, and all activities and efforts were aimed at making school life more attractive, at an attempt to allocate free time to students and to do something for others. That is why the active activity of local government members is so important and such activity is best seen when looking at what has been achieved.

Traditionally, joining the life of the local community, the school's flagship group took part in important events in the city, incl. National Education Day or the celebration of the anniversary of Poland regaining independence. On the occasion of DEN and Christmas, school students under the guidance of Ms Urszula Dziabała prepared commemorative cards with wishes, which were distributed by representatives of SU to befriended educational institutions and institutions supporting the work of the school. In addition, representatives of the Self-government participated in a solemn mass on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of John Paul II.

By carrying out charity activities, the students had to try to obtain funds, and so during the year there was a fair of cakes prepared by students and their parents, a cafe during the school disco and Cupcake Day, during which the students' own cupcakes and muffins were sold. Overall, SU earned PLN 2,486.56. The collected money was used for school purposes (among others, all students and school staff received sweets on the occasion of St. Nicholas 'Day and Women's Day and Men's Day), but some of the funds were used differently according to the students' wishes.

Meeting the needs of the environment, the youth decided to support the Animal Shelter in Busko Zdrój. Class I visited the homeless animals, while the representatives of the SU gave the collected gifts and the purchased food for the amount of PLN 500. For the second time, the students supported the community during the fight against the Covid 19 pandemic by deciding to buy medical gloves (PLN 500) and handing them over to the employees of the Pińczów hospital. Moreover, in connection with the celebration of the 100th anniversary On the anniversary of the birth of Pope John Paul II, the patron of our school, a commemorative wreath and a candle were purchased from the SU funds, which were then donated to the Church of Divine Mercy and placed by representatives of the school community under the memorial plaque.

On the other hand, we did not manage to finish the Penny Mountain campaign, because there was a break in learning during the fundraising and the accumulated, but not recalculated, money remained at school. Next year we will try finalize the fundraiser.

In order to diversify school life, the local government also took care of entertainment. And so we celebrated St. Nicholas' Day at school, during which St. Mikołaj and Śnieżynki visited all students and school staff distributing sweets and handing out packages prepared by children. In February, we ran the Valentine's Day mail. On the initiative of the local government, three discos were organized and conducted by students from the entertainment section.

Another field of SU activity was the introduction of the Happy Protection Number drawn students in front of a bad grade. On the other hand, once a month, we introduced a no-questions-asked day in which willing students could participate. And so in October we had the Colorful Socks Day, in November we had the Teddy Bear Day, in December - Mikołajowa Cap, in February - Red Day. Anyone who met the requirement and had the appropriate item of clothing or gadget on a given day - was not asked.

Unfortunately, in preparation in May, Earth Week and other activities, including the election campaign to the SU, could not take place for objective reasons.
